Why does power remain constant at 505MW?

It is a modified model from "power_simplealt" , I wanted to convert the input to a variable input and yet able to show constant power output through PWM. Still working on it as I'm kind of confused about why power remains constant at around Pe= 505MW. Any commends on things I could try? Is there some sort of troubleshooting I can try? Thanks
