how i can download file from ftb server on internet

how i can download file from ftb server on internet the link is <ftp://www.ngs.noaa.gov/cors/rinex/2011/034/bkr2/bkr20340.11o.gz>

the first part from link is constant to RINEX word but after that any part between two backslash i want do chang in it to obtain the link which it has my file which i want downloaded it where i want chnage some parts to download another

example as change

2011 to 2014

bkr2 to txai

034 to 320

bkr20340.11o.gz to txai3200.14o.gz

to produce another link which is <ftp://www.ngs.noaa.gov/cors/rinex/2014/320/txai/txai3200.14o.gz>

after downloading i want open it by matlab also which it compressed file and save the contained files to specific folder thank you
