login named user on a corporate network with proxy

Hi

On our corporate network with proxy a matlab session using a login named user can not be started due to a connection error.

In a browser using the same proxy settings the following domains can be reached:

• login.mathworks.com
• services.mathworks.com
• licensing.mathworks.com

On a network without proxy with the same computer and firewall settings a matlab session can be started using a login named user.

Does the login named user feature use the system proxy settings (Windows 10)?
