using Relay as Switch

How I can make the out put value of relay change with input value ( I used it to make switch on or off but I need out value be variable and be equal to incoming value )

I desgin PV array and I need to mulltiple V * I and I will take them from the switch that I used its nescessery to be the out put of Relay variable with incoming input not just give me 1 or 0

how I can do taht ?
