Matlab Toolbox Can't Find Function

Certain toolbox functions do not work, although I have the toolbox installed.

For example, I have the neural network toolbox installed. I have verified this with the 'ver' command. The command 'help network' will pull up the correct help information for the network command. However, when calling 'network' itself matlab says that it can't find the function.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
