Deep Network Designer with dicom images

Hi,

I am trying to use the Deep Network Designer app. However, when I try to load the dataset - that I arranged as suggested - I get an error message saying "Invalid image folder". I previously used this app with .jpg images without any problem.

Now, I do need to use images in a dicom format. Does anyone know why this is happening?

DICOM is treated differently than normal images as you will have many fields related with the images (like patient data). Have you tried using dicomread instead of imread?
