I want to calculate plasma bubbles from GPS data

I have one year data for 2015 and i need to calculate plasma bubbles depletion depth i.e

depth=(Lmax1+Rmax1)/2-min1

where Lmax1=the lifet maximum point for the first point , R max1 is the raight maximum point for the first point and min1 is minmum point for the first point
