How to plot multiple 3D matrices

I have an intensity distribution (I) in 3D space (X,Y,Z). All X,Y, Z and I are in form of (150 ×150 ×150) 3d matrices. How to create a 2D map of the intensity distribution in X,Y plane by clubbing the z values.
