Extraction of data from signal

I am doubt in arbitrary wave signals. I need to extract the data of each and every sampling. but i have having only the data of particular points only. in between my signals are in different forms like as sin wave. ramp.straight line. My x axis is time in msec and y axis is voltage. Is am possible to get the all data with respective to increasing sampling.Kindly give suggestion to slove
