Problems regarding Reinforcement learning

I want to trained an agent through reinforcement learning through Matlab 2018a. How I can do this . Reinforcement learning toolbox is working only for 2021 and my PC configuration will not support it.

Is there another way to train an agent using reinforcement learning ?
