Data import to workspace from .res files(dot binary resource files)

Hi,

I have a measurement file which is written & saved by a windows platform tool in .res format. I like to read data & import all it's contents separated into columns into workspace variables.

When I open this file with notepad I can see its data like the following:

PK É]ÎB„ó§ÜÇ°* IJË 1.tmpÔÝ \NkÛ7þ4¨¨Th¢A*•æ¡94©”)J%Ís¦JD$%¡Œ©!C†ŒQÆBH†B*Dõ®_›

And if I try to Import data using Import tool I can only see NAN everywhere. So it would be great if someone suggests how can i import data which is easily readable by the user.
