Horizontal errorbar in R2014B

Is there any way to have both horizontal and vertical errorbars in R2014b?

See if any of these File Exchange contributions will do what you want. (As far as I know, there are no built-in MATLAB functions that will draw horizontal error bars in R2014b or earlier versions.)

I haven’t tried any of these FEX contributions in R2014b, so I don’t know how robust they are with respect to HG2. You will have to experiment with them.
