Image usage from guide

I want to use an image from Mathworks website, https://se.mathworks.com/help/optim/ug/tolerances-and-stopping-criteria.html. Is it open to use? If not who should I ask permission to? Please help!

There is a copyright notice at the bottom of the page. So unless otherwise stated elsewhere, you're not allowed to use this exact image.

I would suggest recreating an equivalent image and citing the page as a reference.
