Extractions of model estimated parameters using Genetic Algorithms and Artificial Neural Network

I have a model with some parameters whose values are within a range of numbers. I want to use Genetic Algorithm and Artificial Neural Network to get an estimate for the value of these parameters. The dataset consists of independent variable t and dependent variable m. I will send a picture of the model and the dataset for better understanding. Any assistance will be great appreciated. Thanks
