coder bug in matlab2021 update: ??? Undefined function 'emcCanWri​teCodeDesc​riptor' for input arguments of type 'struct’.

After Installing Matlab 2021a update, my code which used to compile fine with Matlab coder produces an error:

??? Undefined function 'emcCanWriteCodeDescriptor' for input arguments of type 'struct’.

The same code compiles fine in Matlab 2022a but I need it to work on 2021a.

If you are still having trouble in R2021a, please consider contacting tech. support, or providing reproduction steps. This does not appear to be a known issue.
