cftool when selecting data

I have flex sensor signal and i want to remodel it to get features through cftool

I load the file but when i enter to choose the data inputs, my only choice is one coordinate which is x

what should I do to have 2 coordinates

this is the code

clear all; close all;
x = load ('patient 5.txt')
plot(x);
cftool

the file is a matrix of 1x10000 double

I think what I should do is to select x as time and y as flex sensor signal after I load the txt

but how should I do it?
