Problem with Embedded Coder Support Package for ARM Cortex-R Processors Installation

Hello,

We have been getting an error when trying to install Embedded Coder Support Package for ARM Cortex-R Processors package. The error message says the following:

Download Error: Failed to download the third-party software: GNU Tools for ARM Embedded Processors

This is required by:Embedded Coder Support Package for ARM Cortex-R Processors

To resolve this issue, see this MATLAB Answer.

The error message directs us to this link. We tried all the solutions there but it didn't work. By the way, we are trying to install this product to a company computer which might be relevant. Could anyone help us resolve this issue?
