Solving Differential Equations Symbolically and Numerically

given this equation end two initial values, how can i solve it symbolically, i know how to solve the first one but im stuck with x'(0)=1

syms x(t)

eqn = diff(diff(x))+5*diff(x)+4*x== 3-2*t-t.^2;

cond1= x(0)==1;

dsolve(eqn, cond1)

what sould i write to sole for x'(0)=1 ??
