Can we import 3D wire frame model of vehicle built in AutoCAD or anyother CAD program into matlab. If yes, is there any possibilty to rotate or translate this object ?

I am doing this because I want to project 3D model of vehicle onto actual vechicle in an image for template matching? Any help regarding this would be much appreciated. Thanks
