Implementation of single-cell network

I'm a student studying MIMO and Beamforming.

According to several massive MIMO or beamforming papers and projects,

BS and UEs are simulated in a single or multiple-cell.

So I want to implement such a single cell, but I can't find a related matlab example.

If you have any examples of BS-UEs beamforming or single cell or multi-cell related project or examples,

we would appreciate it if you could let us know.

The scenario I'm considering is shown in the figure below.
