How to create an interactive graph to show how data changes when one factor in an equation is changed

I created a calculator to calculate electric field. The imputs are area and charge and it outputs electric field for you. Now, I am trying to create an ineractive graph that shows the data as someone would change one of the imput values and another graph showing when you changed the other imput. I was wondering if anyone had any idea on how to start this? I am also using the app designer in matlab.
