Use MATLAB Grader with Arduino?

Is it possible to use MATLAB Grader to check student work with Arduino?
Any examples?
I suppose one could have a student output an array and check an array on MATLAB Grader, but is there a better way?

MATLAB Grader cannot connect to hardware, so there is no direct way to do this. However, could you provide an example of what a student task may be that you want to assess?
