cluster profile validation failed

I can not start a parpool on my local server(CentOs 7), so I implemented the validation,here is the report in attachments

I also tried

distcomp.feature( 'LocalUseMpiexec', false )
distcomp.feature( 'LocalUseMpiexec', true )

but its failed anyway.
