Plotting a psychrometric chart

Any idea on how I can plot a psychrometric chart using matlab code or otherwise?

Take a look at the MATLAB Plot Gallery for a similar style, then copy and adapt that code to your purpose.

I don’t see a reason to plot it, since such plots already exist and the physics aren’t going to change. If you need numeric results, I would look up and program the equations linked to in the Wikipedia article on Psychrometrics. The programming might be involved, but would be relatively straightforward.

What information are you interested in deriving from the data you have?
