" Something Unexpected Occurred" When installing any add-on on Matlab R2021a

I've been working with Matlab R2021a for many months and whenever I try to install any toolbox from Add-ons it gives me the following error Something Unexpected Occurred

To resolve this issue, contact Technical Support

I tried running Matlab as an administrator but still nothing worked.

And I do not know where Mathworks Installer is, I can't find it on my laptop.

This is a generic error message displayed when installing MathWorks products. The troubleshooting steps from this link might help solve the issue.
