MATLAB has encountered an internal problem, each time after several minutes

Hi, We use a long Matlab program (with R2013b) in association with a National Istrument PXI setup to measure and control a prober. Normally Matlab have to run during few hours... Recently, after several measurements (15 min long), Matlab stop running program and send "MATLAB has encountered an internal problem and need to close" message. We tried to debug the program, without success. Can i send you the program file or do you have a list of possible causes? I really need to stop this repeatable issue.
