Modifying the code for a lap time simulator

Hello,

I've been looking for a lap time simulator and have found OpenLAP. It's an open source MatLab based simulator written by Michael Chalkiopoulos and is very close to what I'm looking for. However, I now want to add the element of a hybrid electric motor to the powertrain, which can be deployed as per my description.

I've tried contacting Michael directly but with no success, and I don't have the experience or knowledge on how to re-write the code to achieve this (nor the time to learn it).

What I'm looking for is someone who I could work with to modify and update the code to suit my needs, on something that I think will be a very interesting project. And for the time that that spend on the code I'm sure we can arrange some sort of financial return.
