How do you import multiple files into Matlab and graph the data into one plot?

The data I have comes from 7 files. One of them is named: fan7v.dat

It looks like this:

Fan running at 7 volts cfm inch_H2O 0 0.03 16.0 0.015 22.6 0.01 25.2 0.005 26.5 0

Is there a simple way to import this and six other files to plot 'cfm' vs 'inch_H2O' on one graph?
