Rename your directories so they do not have any spaces in them. You are using a directory named "matlab files export" and the build tools are getting confused and thinking that the space between matlab and files is marking the end of the file name.
This is arguably a bug in the toolchain, and you might wish to report it if you have a support contract. I am certain that Mathworks already knows about these problems, but the more reports they get, the higher the priority, and the more leverage that Mathworks has to go after Texas Instruments to fix their tools.
