Solving Vehicle Routing Problem via Genetic Algorithm using Matlab

Does anyone have any experience in this or have attempted this before? I am currently doing my thesis on VRP and it's solution by GA using Matlab and would require some assistance.

Shaun - a quick Google search on vehicle routing problem genetic algorithm revealed a number of papers: Solving the Vehicle Routing Problem using Genetic Algorithm, Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithms for Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows, Solve the Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Window via Genetic Algorithm, and A genetic algorithm for the vehicle routing problem to name a few.
