How to train LSTM with NaN values?

Hi everyone.
I have a dataset with NaN values and I can not delete or convert NaN values. I want to train LSTM with this dataset but I cant get valid result . I know when we train a network with train function,this function ignore NaN value ,but there is not this ability in trainNetwork.How can I solve this problem? Thanks.
