Error while trying to launch the matlab installer on linux

Currently trying to install matlab on my manjaro OS. However everytime i try to launch the install (sudo ./install) I get this error:

error while loading shared libraries: .... file too short

Can anyone help me out?

Update now whenever I try to run sudo ./install, I get the error message :
./install command not found

Hi LUCA,
The issue you are facing might be due to the fact that "Manjaro" isn't a supported Linux distribution for MATLAB release.Since you have not mentioned your release version, I am assuming it is R2021a based on the time of your post.You can check out the supported linux distributions for the same in here: https://www.mathworks.com/content/dam/mathworks/mathworks-dot-com/support/sysreq/files/system-requirements-release-2021a-linux.pdf . MATLAB and Simulink have been validated on the Linux distributions listed on this page.
