How can another person use my student licence?

I saw in forums that you can install matlab student licence on 2 diffenrent computers, how can I install matlab on another person's computer?

No. That violates the license terms.

You can only install MATLAB on a computer that you own or lease. You would only be permitted to install MATLAB on someone else's computer if you lease the computer -- in which case they cannot use the computer while you are leasing it.
