When I am changing cobrasolver to gurobi, this message is appeared:

Are you using the Cobra Toolbox in MATLAB?

I was experiencing a similar issue recently and it turned out that my Gurobi license had expired.

• Do you have a currently active gurobi license stored in a directory accessible to MATLAB?
• What happens when you run changeCobraSolver('gurobi','LP',1,1)?

Yes, that was the problem. My license had expired so I renew it. I got a little bit late till understand that but ok. Thank you.

I am also having the same problem, and I have checked the license, the license is within the term, and when running the program it shows Unable to open Gurobi license file 'C:gurobi1103win64gurobi.lic, how can I solve this problem?
