Changing the coordinate system from WGS84 to matlab coordinate system

Dear all,

I have a ".nc" file (attached) containing the dolphin dispersion in one specific area which was imported from ARCGIS using WGS 84, UTM 29N coordinate system.

To match information with other results I have, I would like to convert those coordinate systems into my matlab coordinate system (degrees north/degrees east).

Do you have any clue how to do so?
