Is there a way to programmatically change the keyboard shortcut preferences?

For example, I'd like to change from 'Emacs Default Set' to 'Windows Default Set'.
I know I can go to Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts and select the desired option, but I'd like to be able to do this from an initialization script.

Hi Tom,
As of now, there is no programmatic way to change the keyboard shortcut preferences. The developers are aware of it and this might be supported in a future release.
