how to use copy options in matlab for mac?

I'm using MATLAB R2012a and Mac OS 10.10.

I want to use "Copy Options" in a figure window, which is accessible in windows platform but i can't find it now.

can you use: Edit -> Copy Figure ?

Yes I can. But i want to use copy option to set transparent background
