Generate two patterns - spoke, sine wave, whatever - then multiply them together. I don't have any code already that does that.

Seems like you're having trouble - at least you haven't replied. I'll give you a partial hint. The code below will give you most of the image below it. See if you can finish the code and add code to do the spokes.
