How to use MRbrain volume image with .tar.gz

Am currently working on volume colourisation and I came across an mribrain image but in .tar.gz entesnsion. How do i use that in matlab

If the image has a tar.gz extension, then it has been compressed/packed and you need to unpack it before reading it into MATLAB. You could try right-clicking on the file and seeing what options you have to open (and so unpack) the file.
