Adding figure headers programmaticallly that actually work and print.

I have used the Solution 1-1PEPG8 to try and add headers to a group of figures I am producing. It only works if I run it manually after the fact (on the last figure) and even then it does not print to my pdf document.

No errors. Don't know what I am doing wrong.

Gave up on this and used the text function to plunk a header in the figure.
