geographically weighted regression (GWR) MATLAB code

I actually have this dilemma. I am a newbie in MATLAB, I would like to know if do you have any example of matlab code for geographically weighted regression (GWR)? i would like to learn and study it. i hope you could help me.

I never heard of it, but apparently the Econometrics Toolbox has functions to do it. (See: An Introduction to Matlab for Econometrics.)
