4D wind data for prediction

 Hello guys Please can any one share with me real world 4D wind data that can be used for wind prediction? Also is there any algorithm that can generate 4D wind data so I can used it as an input for prediction system?

 I'm asking for recorded four dimensional real world wind speed and temperature signals that can be used for short term prediction or any alternative algorithm can simulate the wind signals (data).There are many models can be used to generate circular and non-circular signals such as the synthetic linear autoregressive (AR), so I'm asking for algorithm that can simulate the wind signal which is noncircular? by the way this question for the people who know about wind modelling
