Are you using a VPN to connect to the internet? Can you show a screenshot of all the browser extensions you have installed?

I have the same problem. The interface of the website seems broken. The page couldn't load properly and taking quite long time to load.

I'm also facing the same problem even try with different browser still display with this weird interface. Anyone can give any solution on this??

It appears that certain users in Malaysia are facing an issue as a CDN provider appears to be blocked.

Try using Opera browser in Incognito/Private window. Select a (free) VPN provider in Europe or Asia.
