Epwm pins for generating pulses for 3 phase inverter in closed loop control

Iam using C2000 F28335 control card ....iam facing problem in generating pwm pulses...i tried with both GPIO and Epwm pins....from my plant analog signal are coming to control card ADC pins...then going to controller operations...then after controller operation i have connected GPIO/Epwm pins for genrating pulses for my inverter in plant.... But not getting proper pulses....my plant is modelled in typhoon hil....plz help me regarding setting for epwm pins...how these pins works
