Java Exception Error for cftool

When I open cftool, I am unable to view the graphs. It gives me java exception error in the background. The version I am using is Matlab R2014a, and the operating system is Windows 7, 64 bit. For earlier versions of Matlab, there was no such error. When I went through other answers related to this question, I found out that the possible workaround might be to upgrade the drivers or run java related patch. Any ideas?
