Does an External Parallel Computing Service Exist

My company is looking for a computing resource that has parallel computing capability and already has Matlab licenses on their network. We are considering getting the Matlab distributed server, however, we only need the processing power for a few months and possibly an external service would be cheaper. Kinda like a cloud cluster with the licenses already available.
