what is the pixel size?

Hey everbody;

I'd like to know the pixel size of an image with resolution (470*680), that's because i want to know the unit of values results from "regionprop" fuction, such as area, perimeter,....

How did you acquire the image? Was it with a camera, a microscope objective?
