Real-time image fusion (simulink)

Hey everyone,

Hopefully someone will be able to provide me with some advice on my current task. I want to merge 2 videos (different camera sources of the same scene) together (fusion) to create a more detailed final video. I need to match the framerate, pixel dimensions, x/y shifts and the orientation of the frames.

I have been experimenting with the image registration demo from matlab alongside another tutorial i found online. They use cpselect gui and imtransform to align two images.

Im not looking for a completed code, just some references on where to look and advice on steps that i should take to complete my task.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
