How to find exactly the most frequent pixel of an image from histogram?

Hi all,

I want to find the pixel with the most frequent intensity in the image.From histogram analysis, distribution of intensity can be seen.But I want to find the most frequent pixel within the code itself.

Please suggest the coding steps.
