Spline interpolation in the multidimensional space, does exist this function?

I would like to interpolate a set of points in the n-dimensional space - where n=2 to 15.

Does it exist a function in matlab that performs such operations? If not, any source to consult for practical application? I would like to understand by which degree of accuracy this interpolation works.
